Bill, me, Dylan and Jacob were all sitting at Mazzios eating our lunch and Dylan had won a stuffed animal from one of those machines. He sat it on the table and while we were eating, he was exploring him and looked at us & said I'm going to call him 'HORNY'!!!!!!!!!! I about spit out my chicken alfredo and looked up at him and said what?!! He said yeah 'horny' b/c he has these horns. Trying to refrain from laughing we told him he'd have to come up with another name!!!! Needless to say his new name is now Frankenstein, LOL

WOW, I haven't posted since the end of March! Although, I don't think I have many followers on here, I still like to update it every now and then.

The picture below is from a birthday party where all the girls got their hair/makeup and nails done and got to dress up for a 'photo shoot'. There were 20 girls and wow were they fun, but exhausting at the same time! The girls picked out their own accessories b/c we wanted to keep it fun for them! This one was my fav out of the bunch! I'm in love w/these 'square crops'!!

Hopefully soon. She has been in the hospital since around 3pm today. At her weekly checkup they decided to keep her and monitor the heart rate and it was in distress so they checked her into a room to induce her around 5pm. The inducing didn't start until late 6 or early 7:00 sometime. It's been a slow process. As of right now (4:50am) we've all been up all night waiting on the new arrival! About an hour ago she was dilated to a 4 w/contractions about 1-3 mins apart. They had her on an oxygen mask to help keep the babys breathing steady. For most of the night the babys heart rate was fine, but it did slow down really slow at one point. Please keep her and the baby in your prayers!! I'm trying to update myspace/facebook & the blog, but the connection here is unsecure and i hate that all my info is out there in the cyber world :)

Lab puppies

My sisters registered yellow lab had puppies about 6 weeks ago. They have 2 black female labs left for sale for $225. If you are interested or know anyone that may be interested let me know! They have papers and are getting their six week shots this week.

I haven't bought school pictures in at least 2 years b/c every year I tell them I'm going to do them myself, but life is sooo busy that I never got the chance too. Well, after our family portraits last Saturday i decided that I better get those 'school' pics done now! Here was our fav.'s ..there are tons more, but these were the favorites. My baby is turning 7 on Saturday!! I can't believe it.. Oh how time flies! Anyway, he's proud of these invitations or should I say tickets? He has told everyone that they have to cut at the dotted line and bring it to the party & they can get in for free. HAHA! We're having it at a park...open to the public, right? LOL

Friday was the first Tiger Paw Assembly for the Cleveland Intermediate School and Dylan was chosen by the Principal for the 'Leadership' Award, by his teacher for the 'Respect' award, and he also received a certificate for Fact Masters. We were so proud of him. I video taped the assembly, but here is one pic that I got of him after the assembly before heading back to Johnny Appleseeds party!

Our 8 night, 9 day stay in Mexico was great even despite the rain and Hurricane Dolly! WE had a blast and was able to do many excursions. Honestly, I think we're both ready to go back. Busy, busy!

I have been so busy these last few weeks it's been crazy. But in about 6 days I will be in Mexico on the beach sipping on a Margarita, and i can't wait!! Besides staying busy with work and photography i'm finishing up my Art class at TCC and will be taking a FULL load at OSU Tulsa this upcoming semester. This will be my first attempt at 4 classes in one semester since my first semester at TCC right after graduation..which was in 2000! We'll see how it goes. As i was working on Dylans Bday invitations i checked on the kiddos b/c they were being too quiet and found Jacob asleep on the floor next to the couch under the table! He is my one child that can fall asleep anywhere doing anything. He's even fallen asleep while Bill was cutting his hair and even at the dinner table. it cracks me up i wish i could go to sleep that easily!!

Donating your blood..

I have a friend who was in a really bad car accident the other night and she is in ICU right now. They have done 2 surgeries, but they cannot do another surgery until they recieve at least 600 units of blood for her. If you can or know of anyone who can and would be willing to donate their blood please let them know they can do so at OBI and make sure they tell them it is for Pam Neeley/Chrisman. I have been told they are accepting all types of blood. Please keep her and her little boy Zane in your prayers, as they need all they can get right now.

This last weekend was absolutely amazing. I learned sooo much, met sooo many people! Saturday I did photography for 15 HOURS! I was completely exhausted, but it was so worth it. Sunday I got up and followed a great wedding photographer as he did an engagement and bridal shoot, and wow it was great! I learned alot from that as well.

Prayers needed for my sister....

My sister Robin has been admitted to the hospital tonight for at least the next 5 days. She's been very ill the last month or and was diagnosed with bacterial pneoumonia a few weeks ago. She's been put on antibiotics and she is just getting worse. She also has an ulcer in her throat which makes it very difficult to talk. She went to the hospital tonight to get some more antibiotics. They ran a blood test there and found that she has some sort of infection in her blood (assuming it's from the pneoumonia) and told her that she had to be admitted. They have her hooked up on IV's right now pumping some antibiotics into her system so that they can run some necessary tests. So please say an extra prayer for her tonight and the nights to come! We would all appreciate it :)

We just got word that baby Jude was admitted to the hospital in Cushing. He has RSV and they are keeping him in a mist tent overnight. So please pray for the family and especially the little one!

Well today the emails came pouring in with new Syllabus and class information! How overwhelming. Last semester, I only took 2 classes so this semester will be a bit challenging. Especially because I am taking photography classes as well. I had my first Saturday class for photography and it was fun. I learned alot, but I know I have a long ways to go! But, I have all the time in the world to learn it.

WOW what a crazy year 07 has been. I can't believe it's almost over. I hope that everyone has a very safe and happy New Years! We plan on bringing in the new year with our kids playing the wii, some board games, and maybe breaking out the karoke machine Kelsie got for Christmas!

2008 is going to be another crazy year for me, as I have set some pretty high goals to be accomplished this coming year! I'm not one to usually do this, but I love challenges!

On my lunch break today I drove around and took a few pictures of just a few trees around the town. These pictures do not even begin to show the true devastation that has occured. Many people are without power, luckily we are not one of them. Our power has went out just a few times, but came back on within the hour or so. My moms house has been w/out power for the most part but they have a fireplace and gas stove, which helps!! Bill & I woke up at 1:30 am to a BIG boom! We looked outside and a few tree branches fell on top of my car! Luckily there were no dents or shattered windshields!
